for war with a gat in your hand

destroy your community is that your plan
Steady
sleeping with these ladies

got no education yet you making babies

have nothing to teach your seed
Thinking
you got the ladies weak at the knees
Wanna
be a star following pipe dreams
To
my words you must take heed
This
flow I write is harsh but true
The
white man is not the only person destroying you

keeping ya’self down, with ignorance
Not
wanting to learn, and brother, I insist
That
you reach out to the future but take the past
So
you can follow a great leader and so that your dreams will last
Be
a father to your son, teach your seed well
So
if he might get a female pregnant he won’t bail

if he wants to be something encourage him to learn
Because
he has to know that success is something you earn

people need this, for you to take heed

pick up your cross and follow god’s lead
